I John Vanhooser of Anson County in the Province of North Carolina, I do make this my Last Will & Testament first of all I desire that all my Lawful Debts be payed & I commit my body to the dust & Commend my soul to God. Item - I give unto my son John four Pound & an equal part of all my Estate after my death & my wifes. Item - I give unto my Daughter Yonkey an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes and half of the same to be Equally Divided among her three oldest children. Item - I give unto my son Valentine an Equal part of my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes. Item - I give unto my Daughter Catharine an Equal part of my Estate after my Deceas and & my wifes. Item - I give unto my Daughter Christian an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes. Item - I give unto my Daughter Mary an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes. Item - I give unto my son Jacob one hundred & fifty acres of land whereon I live after my Deceas & my wifes only he is to give Ten Pounds into the Estate & he is to have an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes Deceas. Item - I give unto my son Abram one hundred & fifty acres of land the lower part of the same Tract of land that I live on only he is to Give Ten Pounds to my Estate to be Equally Divided & an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas & my wifes & if he should never return then the same to be equally Divided among all my children. Item - I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth the Tract of land that I bought of John Davis and an Equal part of all my Estate after my Deceas and my wifes and her land is to come down to Hall's branch which is to be the Dividing line betwixt her & my son Jacob an I leave all my Children Executors of my Estate and acknowledg This to be my Last Will & Testament January 21, 1762. My Estate thus Divided among children to them, their heirs and assigns forever.
