Jacob Greathouse 200 Acres Anson on the S. W. side of Pee Dee river Beginning at a red oak on the river Bank and runs Wt. 150 poles to a white Oak then Nt. 210 poles crossing Jacobs creek to a white and red oak then Et. 150 poles to a Hickory on the river Bank near W. McCullohs lower line of the seventh Tract thense So. down the river the various courses thereof to the first station.
