1752, Mar 17 - Bill of Sale: Harmon Greathouse to James Walling, Steer

At the Request of James Walling the following Bill of sale was recorded March the Eighteenth day Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and fifty Two Viz. Know all men by these Presents that I Harmon Gratehous of Frederick County and Province of Maryland farmer have in Consideration sold set over and delivered in Plane and Open Market one stear two years old this spring with a half crop on the off Ear and a slit in the near ear unto James Walling of the Provice and County aff.d having Reserved one Pistole in hand I thearefore I do Warrt & Defend the sade stear unto the said Warling or his assigns or any Parsons or Parsons that claim any Right title to the said it being for Value received as Witness my hand this 17th day of March 1752.
